About hotel - Kintamani Villa, Pattaya

-If you want to play music, please keep the noise to a decent level in order not to disturb the neighbors as this is a quiet neighborhood.

-Remove your shoes outside the room if possible. Thais do not enter the bedroom with shoes on :)

-Smoking is allowed ONLY in open areas of the villa, and its strictly not allowed inside the villa, bedrooms, or in Bathrooms.

-Be respectful to the villa manager and other staff. -Kids can stay with their parents on existing bedding. However, we do not have/provide an extra bed/mattress, baby cot, etc.

-Burning incense sticks, or cooking food of any kind in the bedrooms is strictly prohibited.

-Chewing and spitting tobacco, Using illegal drugs inside the villa is strictly prohibited.

-Guests are strictly prohibited from lighting/ burning incense sticks or mosquito repellent etc. inside the bedrooms.

-Guests will be liable for any property damage that occurred during their stay at our villa.
